1. How can I pay for my Magazine Subscriptions?

a. Check, Money Order, MasterCard / Visa / PayPal / American Express / Discover Cards.

2. Do you have a stamp program?

a. No.

3. What is the delivery time for my magazines?

a. Delivery Times VARY! Normal delivery times are approximately 8 to 10 weeks BUT...can take up to 120 days and come at different times!

4. What do I do if my address changes? UPDATE US ASAP!

a. You are responsible for any address changes. Keep address as short as possible. Publishers are asking for information that is ONLY on your magazine mailing label. Address changes cannot be done without this information! Moreover, to change your address, you will need this account number and your Bunk, Cell, or Unit number if it is necessary to receive your mail. a) You can do this by writing or calling the Publishers or b) via their website. Addresses & phone #’s can be found inside the first few pages of your magazine. Please also keep us informed of your new address. NOTE: You must provide old and new address! Address changes can take up to 8 weeks to take effect.

5. What if a magazine ceases publication or is discontinued?

a. If this happens, the publisher will usually offer you another magazine.

6. Can I order more than 3, 6 or 10 magazines?

a. Of course! Order as many as your facility will allow. (Our largest order is almost 100 Magazine Subscriptions!)

7. Can my family or friends order magazines for themselves or can I send them to other people.

a. Yes. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE ABOUT US!

8. Can I order more than 1 year subscriptions instead of 3, 6 or 10 different magazine subscriptions?

a. No. 1 year subscriptions ONLY at this time.

9. Can I renew my subscriptions through you?

a. YES! Be sure to make a note of it on your order form. (Renewal). b. Make sure name and address are exactly like your initial order.
c. Send us a label from a current magazine with your renewal order.

10. *** Please note*** Once your Order is processed, there can be no exchanges, changes or refunds of any kind! You will receive a confirmation letter via US mail upon processing of your order. Magazines may take up to 120 days to arrive! This is NORMAL.

11. Will you send me more magazine lists?

a. Sure! You must send us a S.A.S.E. (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) for more lists. This helps cover our postage.

12. How does the $100 drawing work?

a. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Drawings Monthly. Our Computer RANDOMLY Selects the Lucky Winner! We contact winners via mail and ask where they would like their $100 sent.
b. DRAWING VOID WHERE PROHIBITED! FL, MI, NM, NY, WI. SORRY!

13. What if I get a bill from the Magazine Publisher?
a. IGNORE IT! Renew Your Magazines with us and enjoy the savings!

14. ****DUE TO PUBLISHER PROCESSING TIMES, WE WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, CALL ANY PUBLISHER ABOUT THE STATUS OF ANY MAGAZAINE SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL AFTER 120 DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DATE OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER! NO EXCEPTIONS!

15. TITLES AND PRICES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
16. It is your responsibility to make sure your facility will allow the title you order through the Gates!

17. Bad Checks are collected electronically by GLOBAL CHECK RECOVERY and they charge a $25 fee ON TOP of the face value of the check! No bad checks PLEASE!!!

18. YES! We really DO give you one FREE, one year magazine Subscription but ONLY when you send us your S.A.S.E. and ask for it! Sorry friends...NO S.A.S.E...NO FREEBIE. EACH INMATE CAN GET A FREEBIE ONCE! NO EXCEPTIONS.
